NO-FOLLOW LINKS
If someone links to your site and uses a no-follow tag, it means that they don't want their link to pass any credit or value over to your site—they aren't endorsing it in any way.
No-follow backlinks, on the other hand, don't point directly to your site—they point elsewhere on the web instead. They're still counted by search engines. But because these aren't considered "valid" links (since they don't send people directly to your content), they won't help boost your rankings nearly as much as do-follow ones will!
